Great news for home and condo buyers in Chiang Mai!
To help stimulate the real estate market in Thailand, the government as reduced property transfer fees for houses and condos from 2% to 0.01% for the next 6 months (29th October 2015-29th April 2016).
This reduction does not apply to land purchases.
If you're planning to buy a house or condo in Chiang Mai, these six months would be a great time to do it!
